Yeah, I heard at the last minute they decided to add ETH to them, too bad. Another week to wait.

I've been looking at that one as a reintroduction to 3d work ( given it's basically a box with rounded corners ), but the dual power thing is interesting. You could possibly bodge something along the lines of a steam engine reverser with two positions to adjust power curves, but that really does sound like a bodge-up :P otherwise you're either doing a diesel version & an electric ( and both? don't remember if they can work in electric mode with the engine boosting ), or trying to swap chunks of engine script. Don't know much about LUA yet, so not sure exactly what's possible.

No 31 even in "Coming soon" yet.
My posts are my opinion, and should be read as such.

Ah, but were not getting the 31/4 variant, are we? A great modification that was. What bright spark came up with the ETH scheme that drew valuable power even if not operating?
I have heard of this before, but cannot find any evidence to support it (well apart from Wikipedia)
I'm sceptical about this claim as well. Power doesn't just disappear, it must go somewhere, so if the ETH isn't in use where's it going?

No they cannot, its electric OR diesel mode, not both at the same time.
