Sly and anyone else who makes models for for this simulator has my upmost respect, I personaly have not got a clue how to do any of it and I am to old to start.I will take this opportunity to thank every creator of freeware in my Railworks folder, I thank you one and all.
However once it becomes payware the rules change, I expect every thing to be right; visuals, sound & motion... the lot. With payware it ceases to be a hobby and becomes a business and once you have bought it its not like M&S you cannot take it back and get your money back. Therefore I have right to complain in any way I wish if I dont think the product is up to the standard I expect if I am paying premium payware rates for it.And would somebody explain to me under what previsso we are paying vat on some of these items?

if it was freeware I'd have nothing to say but the plus points and ask why the crew are waving so much?

So, it wasn't an objective review but an opinion.

There's nothing wrong with voicing your concerns, complaints, whatever.... everybody has that right but there are ways of going about things!
There's no way that you'll find one single piece of payware (or freeware) that looks perfect, has 100% accurate sounds, and realistic physics so you have to determine whether the price you've paid is a fair one for what you've got---does the 9F include any of Sly's bonus content by the way?, there was no mention of that in the original post.

At what price do 'premium payware rates' start?

well a review is the personal opinion of the person who wrote it, if one of sly's friends who don't know what AWS is wrote one they would have overlooked some of the points I made, I noticed no bonus content, just a lack of reasons to justify a £14 price tag on the main content. put it this way, I'd happily pay upto £5 for this add on, but as it was nearly 3 times that in price I see it as not being good value for money.

Hi, I have bought this addon and it had a few problems but emailing support at IHH helped & they had patches issued very quickly. It did include bonus material 5MT - I'm not sure whether that was pulled - due to some complaints about it's quality!!!!
I have found that the best way to get things sorted was to send an email rather than spouting off on a forum that the authors probably don't visit.....

I'd like to add to my comments about the product that the guy who made it has no customer service skills whatsoever, this is an example of the kind of service you can expect if you buy the product and are not satisfied:

"Who are you to tell me what to do ?

I do what I want , as I want , when I want…….

You do nothing … it is not your model, not your interpretation it is mine

You want one your way ….. I look forward to reviewing it… if you were capable of producing anything

Customers are not always right ………….. total fallacy……..learn and get used to it

I do not want you or your type as customers.

You just want to pretend to be a big shot…….

Well this one Is going to cost you

Go and get your better value for money ………

You just banned yourself from the most comprehensive and highest standard range of stock available for Railworks

PG"

Now I don't know about anyone else but if i bought something from a shop and wasn't happy and complain and got spoken to like that I would be deeply offended to the point where I would tell others the way I was treated.

I think we have gone quite far enough here.

Its virtually at the point of personal attacks, go and have a look at the forum guidelines.
