is it available ? and what is the number of this class ?

I believe its Dpu-20 working in Pakistan. These locomotives are manufactured in China and I doubt they are implemented to RW yet.

(I had fun time seeking all green diesels in world to find out this)

well I downloaded the china loco pack, but can't find the loco anywhere in scenario please help here is a screenshot : can not find the locomotive anywhere in the object filter list..

You must go in Scenario Tools and Engines & Tenders tab:
