Hi
Are all HST now to have rear engine sound . None of mine do , including the new FAG pack and i'm not sure if this is right or not . Also has anyone found a list of exactly what was done in the rw2 release.
Thanks.....Phill

I had just completed all of the hand editing of the HST engines and pax units to get rear power car sound before the RW2 release. Everything worked great.
After the RW2 update nothing worked as before.
Luckily I had a backup and simply moved all of my edited HST stuff back into my RW installation, and it all works again.

Hi Jev.
What did you do to get the HST sounds working before the update.

Hi Darren,
I don't know if this is the way everyone else did it, but I followed this

It works a treat, just remember to back up..... Its not nice to have to do all of that again, you will understand when you look....
Regards,
Ryan

Thanks for the pointer Ryan. Those mods look like they have been implemented in the RW2 update as it mentions Dave's name in the script for the HST update unless that's just for the exhaust emitter.

Yeah, this is exactly the method I used. It took a few hours and lots of concentration.
I was able to get all of the repaints to work except these two:
Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator\RailVehicles\Diesel\HST\BR_IC125
Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator\RailVehicles\Diesel\HST\Intercity_swallow
When I searched the engine .bin files for:
<TransformName d:type="cDeltaString">light_general_fault_lit</TransformName>
nothing was found. Any tips on what to change in these two skins?
Thanks.
