Hi Guys
Yes it is a realy nice model, unfortunately Not my own. The model is made by HeavyEagle, and you can follow the development of the Danish Litra ME Dieselengine here:

I have zero knowledge of Danish railways, but that looks a fantastic model, well done!

Re: Locomotive creators!
Hello, I have an official offer from RS.com to sale my EMU through Steam,
My EMU proyect:
http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 5&t=100679
currently I am working in the details that they have concidered pending of improve, anyway, I never have been enough convinced if my chilean train could wake up some interest in european market.
Really I would love to make some european rolling material, but not english.
My favorite candidate is the Swiss Locomotive called Crocodile (Ce 6/8 II and III).
It is a articulated locomotive, formed by 3 vehicles, but I already have the "Know how" about this kind of locomotives due to my work in my chilean locomotive E-29.
My E-29:

The Loco that I'd like to do:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crocodile_%28locomotive%29
I'd like to know your thought about the idea of create this especific model (Crocodile).
Regards.

Re: Locomotive creators!
I'd think you'd be best off e-mailing them the offer...
Re: Locomotive creators!
The Danish ME loco looks good and the UIC coaches will be a welcome addition to RW Continental rolling stock. Like their less comfortable DB counterparts (the infamous BM232's!) they could be seen all over mainland Europe as well as Scandinavia - as far apart as Hoek van Holland and Stockholm. I remember overnighting in one from Hoek to Copenhagen in 1985, including being rolled on and off the train ferry between Puttgarden and Rodby.
One little question, will these only be available via the Old Timer website which I note requires a small subscription or will there be a wider distribution, i.e. here and TS.com?

Re: Locomotive creators!
Looking closely at the Danish site it appears that there are two membership tiers just like UKTS has. You can get a free registration which (among other things) allows you downloads, or a full paid subscription. In addition, their downloads are not queued for free registrants (I gave it a go) so releasing it only there should be fine.
