When I tried to load Railworks earlier, I was confronted with the dreaded "Something Bad Has Happened" error. RW has (more or less) worked fine up until now.
Earlier I had been cloning a scenario to edit in RW Tools.
Does anyone have a solution?
Can no longer load RW.

Retrace your steps - in this case, delete the cloned scenario.

Lots of steam and early diesels from 1959 to 1963.

Re: Can no longer load RW.
A couple of other things you might try as well;
* From the initial RailWorks launch window, and before clicking on the Start button, first click on the "Tools & Docs" tab, then click on the "Clear Cache" button there. After it clears, try Starting RailWorks and see if that fixes things.
* If that doesn't fix things, then from your Steam-client, go to your games Library list, right-click on RailWorks, select Properties, Local Files then Verify integrity of game cache. This could take a little while depending on connection speeds and such, but this check will help to ensure you don't have any missing or corrupt files with your RailWorks installation and reacquire them if so. After completing the Verify-integrity, I suggest to use the "Clear Cache" again.
Good luck.
