DEP closing railworks when installing packages...

Hi all,
I am having some trouble with railworks, as I can't install any packages using package manager. As soon as I click on install an error message comes up saying somthing about missing memory, then it says continue or close. If you click close it closes and a message comes up saying DEP closed the program to protect your computer.
I have tried reinstalling railworks but its still the same!
Does anybody have any ideas?
