Hi.

You might be interested to know that on the IHH site is a 76 ton Diesel Breakdown Train, to be released very soon.
It looks great. I think i will have to purchase this.
It includes: Operable Breakdown Crane, Re-railing Operations, Jib Runner, Crane Runner & Tool Van.
Judging by the picture it has operational outriggers as well.
Priced at £11.99 +vat.

Best Regards

Clive

Hello Clive

It does look like another superb release from IHH. There are some screenshots and a video in this thread in case you haven't seen them

Anyway, can't wait for this release. I love MOW equipment.

No problem - these things happen but keeping the discussion in 1 thread is always preferred.

The video does look impressive.

Although this is of interest to me like the 56 I won't be buying it unless it is on Steam for reasons I have stated before.

Kindest regards

John

Good news! Even though I only really buy steam locomotives, I think I'll be picking this up for sure. After watching the demo video the detail and overall quality is fantastic. Plus it just adds something different to Railworks, its one of those add ons where you can just mess around doing different things and I like it for that reason and I'll defiantly be keeping an eye out for the release!

Hi Pat,

I believe they were originally built as steam cranes in the late 50s/early 60s and converted to diesel-hydraulic later in life.
