Finally got home. I dig this little guy a lot. The improved resolution of the cabs from the outside view is really noticeable on this one. Looks fantastic and the audio is very very nice also.

And Adam, the BoxCab will make a cool little unique addition. (if you're really making it).

Bought it, but haven't gotten around to running it yet. Cute little thing though.
Re: My dinky 02
I spent last night playing around with this - how do I drive it realistically? It doesn't behave like most diesel engines.

Lovely little Model, Such fun to use, and slowly remembering to put it into gear. Spent a little While shunting around Mark 2e's on the test track.

Re: My dinky 02
Very nice shunter-loco model. Like it. Sounds mostly very well done. Only questionable sound - horn. Too weak I think. Sound level identical inside and outside of the cab.
Physics little bit strange. On free run (engine idling and gear lever off) speed seems to fall too fast.
Overall very useful piece of rolling material.

Re: My dinky 02
ty all, Adam is as much a part of it as I am. Without him we would just have pretty boxes on wheels.
I have to say I am pleased with it (the 02). I have never been in one and relied on photos from other people to get it finished (thanks sly)
regards
Derek

Totally worth the $6. I would have shunted in Kalm Yard all day, but then I got the S B H error. . . :bad-words:
But it is a good model nevertheless.

I agree - it's lot of fun! And maybe this is just me, but this is the first engine I've got the handbrake to work on by clicking the brake itself. Comes to a very quick shuddering stop! Nice little wagon too - well worth £4.
Cheers!

The Manx Northern Heritage Line now has the perfect little shunter to work the Ramsey Quay branch. Bought in an old 101 at the same time to run the commuter and school runs on the northern line, leaving the Jinty the concentrate on the tourists.
nice work Derek

For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it

Yes, nice little engine. Needed to get used to the max of 19 mph though. Once I got used to this, it is so relaxing to putter around the yard with this 02
One little thing, Derek. The lights go off after you couple onto wagons, engines etc, and they come back on when you uncouple. Is this normal or a (small) bug?
Cheers
