On Vista I used Start Menu -> Search -> For Files or Folders then "Advanced", then first under "Placement" used the last on the menu and chose the main Railworks directory, then under 'date' I chose 'newer than' and then 25th of June. It then showed all the files in the Railworks folder and subfolders having been changed after that date.

As noted earlier, no tram sounds except in the scenario Peak-Time Tram-Ride.

Same here :-? So it has nothing to do with our individual computer systems but with the update itself.
'Why is it that the railway station is so far away from the village?'
The local pauses for a while, then replies:
'They thought it would be a good idea to build it next to the railway line.....'

Can anyone give any information on this update? Are there any changes not concerning Phorum Peninsula?

The "Cement Duty" scenario from the Class 66 DLC has been fixed, other than that, no.

Adam, has a window of a few days where he is addressing minor issues in RWs DLC.
Phorum was at the top of the list of fixes and with the most to do.
(07 wheels fixed and will be updated soon too)

Same here. Maybe they (the empty folders) should be there, maybe they should not, maybe they are a simple packaging error, maybe they are reserved for future use? Those folders have not been touched by the update.

So, this current update hasn't put a scenario bin or xml document in the scenario folder quoted above then.

Hmmmm, I won't be going on-line to Steam then in the near future.

Comparing tbe updated scenarios shown in game to a list of scenarios that were in the original release, it doesn't appear that any are missing. So I would suggest that avoiding this update because of an empty directory wouldn't be a good idea. Yes, it's sloppy that they've made this mistake, but we have no idea what it is they've failed to include, it clearly isn't anything that was included before, and the fixed tram line and tram sessions, and the new St Bilton Yard are well worth updating for.

Hello young lady,

I reported within 10 minutes on the day of release of Project Peninsular that scenario folder number bc36383b-0636-455a-a6a6-65ceec4f8eae was empty, no scenario bin file, or, xml document, my RW Tools goes bananas whenever I now click on this layout telling me I have a missing xml document, which I know hasn't been fixed. I've attempted to access the layout on another scenario, but, the game just crashes. I appreciate that it was sold for charitable purposes, which I was very happy to endorse, however, I still don't know what the route looks like personally, and I feel a little agrieved that with the updates since it still hasn't been sorted out and I agree with Erik above who also confirmed that in the audio files there are 0 byte files STILL present. It appears that new trams have now been included, but, why weren't the original problems also attended to ??
I've done at least 6 verify caches over the last few weeks and things are still the same. It doesn't matter to me how much new content is included in this layout, I cannot play it and as such don't see why I should log on to Steam as personally it would be a complete waste of time and effort.
I also note that you cannot stop anything automatically downloading if you do venture on-line in Steam, even though I clicked on the button which gave you the choice, it doesn't work and is a p.i.t.a. in itself, subsequently, I'll not be downloading anything from Steam/RW in the future.

Cheerz. Steve.

Steve, I have not seen your mail and this is the first time i had heard of anyone not being able to play the route.
I have just asked support to look into it.

I am not in the office so can not check myself.

Derek

What update just got pushed through? It wasn't one of the random "every DLC shows it's updated" Steam flaw either. I was just sitting here with steam open watching TV and noticed just one "Railworks has finished downloading" notification pop up. I already was up to date as of the Phorum update.

edit: Here is what was modified. Looks like all the german stuff was fixed.
