Thanks for the "Heads up" 92212, never been a real fan of the "Spam Cans", but that cab does look very well done.

Well i love em! I've had many great experiences pulled by 'spam cans'.......'swanage' at the mid-hants, '257 squadron' at swanage and most notably, 'tangmere' on the torbay express! What a day that was!! And i know that tangmere is going to be in this pack so i'll be re-creating that run on the bristol - exeter route and the rest on south devon banks. Can't wait! Regards Matt(92212)

Yet another fine piece of craftsmanship by DT.
One personal criticism which I hope DT will take as constructive, the cab seems to 'bright', granted its probably a WIP but I would just like to point it out to them.

Same here - the piccys of the Spam Can looks great - wonder in the variations will be possible ( difference in smoke deflectors - tenders etc ).. Like most can`t wait for the release

Oh how wonderful to be one of the older people ( some call us Geriatrics ) memories for me - apart from the preserved lines and odd main line bashes, were working out of Brighton on the Plymouth / Cardiff departing P2 on a tight curve - hopefully the DT model will allow realistically the ease of which these machines lost adhesion - or slipped like hell !!!

Looks to me like the in-game brightness setting could do with a nudge to the left as it's not just the cab that's 'bright', it's the entire game -- look out the windows at the Black 5 and so on...

I guess they cranked up the brightness so we could see all the fine detail they've put into this. Well done DT! Regards Matt(92212)

Hi all
I can't believe nobody has noticed or commented on the DT's website. Latest screenshots updated on the 9th show some lovely shots of Tangmere and the 4MT with suburban carriages! They all look lovely!!

But...................anyone notice something DT have been hiding?!

I've spotted the Gresley Teak in a couple of shots. Good chance there are from the Just Trains A4 Add-on pack that is upcoming.

Looking good. I hope that there'll be a nicely grubby, weather-worn version of the 4MT, too.
Also, if that is Matt Ivey's/JT's Gresley teak coach, then it too looks super -- love the varnished effect from what can be seen
Rik.

Last word on that was that they were only going to be in BR liveries.
Hmmmm................

Both excellent models though I think the Pacific could do with a little more gloss and rippling on the bodywork.

Hello, well, you may be right about the rippling, although I think it's nice with its slightly dulled working finish! I'd be dissapointed if it ended up looking like a green orange...I mean texture wise.
It looks to be a fine product from DT.

Glad you like the Light Pacific cab guys, I'd be partly responsible for that (modelling anyway!).
