Surprisingly today was the first time I tried manually firing this beast. The in game control layout says i/o are for stoking.. ??? R still stokes, and so does i/o even though they technically should be the injectors but they don't actually do anything except more stoking which I can still do with the R key. Only way I can open the injectors is via the cab using the mouse controls. Has this always been like this? Is there a keyboard control for the injectors?

My 9F's injector controls (i/o) and stoking (r) were fine when I last tried them, Bill. Will do a quick check for you a little later, however, first up, I'm on culinary masterpiece* duty.

Loaded a default scenario that came with it. Same results.

Just so you see I'm not going crazy. :) The blower and damper controls are also jacked up.

Checked Challenger - Same as evening star

Gtrax Daylight - Keyboard in game menu is wrong but the controls on keyboard work as they should

Jubilee - Same as evening star.

Ugh.. Not a happy camper at all. Off to verify cache I go.

Fixed it. Removed IHH diesel crane. I remembered when that was released someone commented on here about the controls interfering or doing something or nother with other controls. Vague memories.

Uninstalled it on a whim remembering that and everything is as it should be. Just sucks the crane is sort of useless now.

No worries, chap. Disappointed that I didn't recognise the problem sooner

All the best,

Just bought this fantastic model, the 9F has got to be one of the best add-ons to date, thankyou Sly, the ES is beautiful, love all the animations and sound. Guess I was too late for the 5MT extra, but never mind.
Just one thing I'd like to ask about though, is it possible to stop the fireman waving all the time? It's a bit distracting. I don't mean any disrespect to your fine work, it's a nice touch, but a little repetitive.
Regards
Dave

Not sure, Dave, but check it's not present under the provider "Sly" and the "Midland" set...

I've come to the conclusion he's trying to make it fly.

Lol, cheers Rik, I'll take a look. Perhaps he's let one rip and he's trying to get rid of the smell :)

No, the 5MT isn't there, I obviously missed the offer, checked the e-mail again and there was no link for it. Don't get me wrong, this add-on is well worth the money IMHO, but sadly I haven't always got the spare cash....until it's too late. :-?

This is probably a problem with either your sound card drivers or RW itself. Update your drivers and see if that fixes it.
