You should clear the blueprint cache: Tools&Docs --> clear cache.
This helps often in this cases.

I believe a similar situation has happened before and IIRC it has something to do with the order of child objects getting scrambled. I can't remeber the fix of the top of my head, but is on the forums, somewhere.

Hope this helps.

Hi, I've just noticed this too on the same models

I've done a quick search of the forum but the only immediately relevant topic was a similar problem with an FGW 43?

Hope someone can help, as they're very nice reskins by nattydredd

If uninstalling it and reinstalling it doesn't work; then if you have RWTools open the .bin file for that 47 and search for 'driver' until you find the line

Code: Select all

<ChildName d:type="cDeltaString">Driver</ChildName>
And then in the matrix underneath, make sure it reads:

Code: Select all

<Matrix>
								<cHcRMatrix4x4>
									<Element>
										<e d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="000000807DE6EFBF" d:precision="string">-0.9969</e>
										<e d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="0000000000000000" d:precision="string">0.0000</e>
										<e d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="000000A0103AB4BF" d:precision="string">-0.0790</e>
										<e d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="0000000000000000" d:precision="string">0.0000</e>
										<e d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="0000000000000000" d:precision="string">0.0000</e>

										<e d:type="sFloat32" d:alt_encoding="0000000000000000" d:precision="string">0.0000</e>

									</Element>
The important thing is to make sure the numbers down the right hand side are the same as here.

Sorry for digging up such an old thread, I'm still having no joy with these even after uninstalling/reinstalling and editing the .bin files

Any further suggestions anyone?

Thanks

I've had the same problem with JustTrains Voyager where all passangers of the first car were suddenly sitting on the roof. This happened in one scenario I made for GARL. I cleared cache and nothing helped. After that I tried Voyager on Newcastle to York route without any similar problems. Seems to be some kind of variable conflict but only god knows.

This is because the Object Set Filter has not been enabled for the route to allow some default Kuju objects to be used. Please enter the scenario editor, click on the object set filter icon, and then from the top right panel select Kuju/RailSimulator and then save the scenario. You should find that this fixes the issue, but may find that it gets wiped out again when Steam next updates RailWorks.

Thank You. I'll try what You suggested.

You need to uncheck the 'Indian Passengers' box

Sorry for opening up this old thread, but I thought it was better than starting a new one. I have noticed this problem with reskins of the default class 37. I cleared the blueprint cache, no luck, I opened RW tools, but because it was a class 37 not a 47, I could not find the line of text indicated above. Please help

Have you done as Simon suggested above, i.e. tick the check-box for Kuju as a default provider? RWTools can do this for you, too...

John,

The problem I had with the class 47 was actually caused by not having the reskin that the new reskins were based upon, if that makes sense - in other words the .bin file was referencing a file that I didn't have. It might be worth getting in touch with the reskinner to find out what they used as their base model, and making sure you have that installed

Hope this helps
