Kevin did it let you in to edit !
if it did try place another scenario marker and ad loco and save, then see if it will let you run new scenario you just created.
this can just be deleted after.
if it wont let you in to edit ,then this is something elsepost back

Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
Finally got it to work, it doesn't like those DT brake vans for some reason.

Did you simply replace the DT vans?kevinhunter1984 wrote:Finally got it to work, it doesn't like those DT brake vans for some reason.

Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
made a screenie in case peeps are not changing these right
open the scenario for edit,
1/ highlight the DT/addon/railvehicles folder, select 'freight' and press 'find available rolling stock',
2/two vans need changing, the ninth consist down has both in so select that,
3/select one of the items and its identical in the other window, select 'swap in EVERY consist', this may take 10 - 20 seconds so wait till you get a message, repeat for the other van,
4/once that is done select 'save changes',
close and enjoy your scenario!!!

cheers

Yeah just swapped them for the default ones in the Kuju folder.
Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
Thank you, Gavin. For every scenario, or just this?
Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
Essentially, all of them, besides, there's only a half dozen or so scenarios and most of them involve the vans -- it's the nature of the route -- but as Gav said, they none of them have massive quantities of stock in them so don't take long to swap-out.msey0002 wrote:For every scenario, or just this?
On the plus side, getting them to work means you've got the right style of van for this era/part of the world.
Rik.

Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
Joe, have a read of my previous replies - yes, DT did path the folders differently but I (and others) seem to have sorted that without any change to the 'problem''?whittaker wrote:Looks like a problem with the DT vans ! ,did they change the actual folder structure in DT folder when Railworks came out .i did the same as most when Railworks came out ,just transfered all old stock etc. {ps if the vans are still a problem i may delete my vans reinstall and change them on route and reupload again if everyone is having probs}
Again, in an earlier reply, I have done that without any change - still get the 'Line113' error box?whittaker wrote:Kevin what i would recommend doing is open a scenario in edit mode and create new scenario with one loco just to make sure the problem lies in the scenarios ive created.
As requestedwhittaker wrote:please post back what happens !
Begining to wonder if it is a Windows 7 problem - anyone got the route to load using this Op.Sys please?

Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
FAO Gav: Weird this? I deleted all the DT vans completely from all the supplied scenarios and replaced them with a Kuji one (LMS) I know works in many other routes I have - and continued to get the 'Line 113' message box?
Tomoz I will delete the whole route and reinstall from the ground up then try the swopping out of the vans and see what happens from there??

Re: Blyth & Tyne rework !
Yep, and don't forget the patch for the missing bin file on this dredger, unfortunately, although Joe did a list of the assets required for his layout this wasn't mentioned, so everyone who needs it, have a look for file 23068.GavNormandale wrote:hi just a heads up from me, downloading the route and content, the read me says 'Captain Bazzas - Derelict dredger file 23866' the file number should be '22866', was easy to find but just incase anyone couldnt find it
cheers
Gav
I noticed that with these Brake Vans, in the layout consist using RWTools it points to the listing of DT/RailVehicles/Freight/20T_BrakeVan, it doesn't state the folder AddOn, which is where my brake vans are located, so, I've copied and pasted all the brakevans into my RailVehicles folder as well, so hopefully, in future, Railworks will look in both locations for these Brake Vans....That's the theory anyway.....
EDIT: Well, I got it to load and did a little run from Ashington to Cambois Staithes, very nicely created layout Jim, thank you, a lovely feel of the Northumberland area, blue sky, sea, sunshine and the aroma of fish & chips......
Cheerz. Transport Steve.
Just a couple of shots, I changed the weather and a few locos to suit my needs.
