I just use the Windows search on the RailWorks folder with the 'When was it modified?' option and select the date the update was downloaded. I don't know if it's foolproof but it seems to find what I would expect.

Many thanks for that suggestion Andy, I'll just have to remember to do it immediately after the update, otherwise, you get all your folders show up that you've modified that day.....Screenshots, etc.....
