Class 08 addon "All messed up" scenario all messed up?

In the "All messed up" scenario included with the Class 08 add-on, you're told to pick up a carriage at Old Carriage Stabling 14, but the carriage in question is actually on the neighbouring track, Old Carriage Stabling 15. There does not seem to be any way to trigger the pickup of this car, and thereby complete the scenario...
I can't believe this has gone unnoticed until now???
[EDIT: Would've reported this through the usual channel(s) but everything related to railsimulator.com seems to be down at the moment]

USRailFan,
You are not wrong. I just tried this and got the following:
After picking up 40210 from Old Carriage Stabling 15 instead of the demanded 14, the assignments list stuck at item 3 with tasks 1,2 and 3 ticked. Could not scroll down. List of tasks truncated?
I went on to New Carriage Stabling 22 to get 42168 - no problem but assignments list was still stuck. Saved the scenario, exited and re-entered using "Continue". Now the assignments list is still stuck at 3 tasks but only the first one is ticked.

I'd say this was fubar.

I've discovered this is easy to fix.
Clone the scenario with RW_Tools to a new name
Run RW with cloned scenario
Open the Editor
Unlock the scenario with the padlock
Say "yes" to save the route (no other choice really)
Open the scenario editor (new icon in toolbox - looks like a clock)
Select the Yard Shunter
From the list, select the incorrect carriage location (siding 14) and correct it to 15 from the dropdown list
Save the scenario (F2)
Exit back to the simulation (with orange right arrow) (RSC take note: everywhere else in the software uses "OK", "Exit", or "Done" or something like that. This is inconsistent HMI)
Enjoy!
Only - don't do what I did while I was testing. Got to carriage B and hit it hard thus breaking ther coupler. I should have saved sooner.

Also noticed something else weird with this scenario: It seems you never actually put a rear power unit on the HST, only the front one (the one you start with attached to your Gronk)?

The power car attached is the rear power car.
I don't know why the author or this scenario chose not to add a front power car. It doesn't really fit with the mission briefing.
I went on to try and complete the scenario and couldn't. When you uncouple the rear power car and the carriages from the shunter, the assignment list goes pop again. This time I have not been able to figure out why. What's worse is that despite saving immediately prior to having a problem, there is no save position to return to after an edit.
I looked at the scenario editor which shows the above event and the previous one at identical times though I'm not sure that's relevant. I read the manual for the timetable editor and the bits I'm interested in are written in Reverse Polish.
The properties for the event (in the righthand flyout of the main editor window) only refer to 4 vehicles so now I'm really confused.
If anyone else can shed light here, I'd love to know the solution.

USRailFan,
It gets worse. I carried on to try and finish the scenario and I just couldn't couple the Class 47 to the rake.
There could be a couple of reasons:
1 The couplings are different
2 The Assignment list broke again.
All was OK until the tip of the Class 47 crossed into the yellow area (2D Map) denoting Siding 7. I had a save before this occurred but, when I used it, it was already showing the broken assignment list.
It breaks thus:
Returns focus to the top of the list (Always does. Why?). Top three items only. Scroll bar completely unresponsive. There is no recovery situation since the save seems to acquire the problem.

Derek,
Was typing when your post landed.
Thanks for giving this your attention. I spent most of yesterday trying to diagnose this. Can I get you any more information.
I know you guys are busy with the current major issue and thank you for addressing that also. I'm guessing that a patch will be imminent. Can we get the Oak Tree with it, please?
