I have a bit of info on them as well, having driven quite a few :)
Agreed... :D

My three in no particular order ;

33
73
421 Cig / 423 VEP

Basically, anything which used to run on Network SouthEast / South West Trains metals with 3rd Rail capability :wink: Being greedy, I'd also like some "plastic piggies" (442 Wessex Electrics) :P

Well we can almost match this - just one alteration required - type 2's please - they're not just there for the nasty things in life...

I seem to remeber seing renders for the 91 quite early on at one point (possibly on the RS side) but I think it just dissapeared and came to a halt.. No idea who it was..

Loved looking at all the pictures you posted, Wikkus! I grew up in Aylesbury so used to watch the Class 25s and 31s trundling up and down at the bottom of our garden. And the GLC waste train, hauled by a 45 at around nine every night. Wow, the noise! I would definitely have suggested a 25 and a 31 but a semi-version of the 25 was released by DT and I knew the 31 was already being worked on.

Anyway, the real point of my post is the 115 DMU. They really were the trains of my early years, used to get on one occasionally to go to Marylebone and fondly remember slamming the doors as hard as humanly possible (well, for a ten year old!). Ah, good times! I'm not a massive train buff so am wondering if you know what the differences are between the 115 we both mentioned and the apparently more common 117?

Yes I think first gen DMU's would be very usefull, they fit in with many periods/mainline or preserved routes and various regions and would compliment most of what is available for RW/RS, they are something that is very much 'missing' at the moment. A Cravens or BRCW105 would be nice!
Looking forward to Derek's Met Cam 101, that looks smart :wink:

Cheers

SR class 33,71,73 or 74 would be a welcome addon.

How about some rails which aren't laser precision aligned? Not everywhere is like the WCML.

Maybe Mike has some pull with RSC. Make his locos even more realistic.
