Light is now showing, no idea how.
I have tried a combination of TEA's and locos and it shows everytime.

Hi
regarding the branding, I guess this is something to do with licensing and being a commercial product, and the repaints being free being exempt from this?

I remember Maple Leaf Tracks did this with the Horseshoe Pass addon for MSTS. The original payware offering included rolling stock without the Canadian Pacifc etc logos, but were in the right colour livery. MLT then gave a free patch which updated everything accordingly.

Cheers
Ken
Almost forgot!! Great work Oovee. Very nice add-on for a very reasonable price. Thank you

My intention with the three weathering variations was not the create a clean, dirty, dirtier set but to create a little variation along the train. You should use them in mixed rakes mixed randomly throughout. It is a bit odd for every member of a rake of wagons to have the same streak in the exact location.

The Petrochem Carless version only had one variation as all the photos I found of them looked pretty much the same.

I am sure Oovee would have loved to just sell the branded versions only but the licensing of the names from their owners, I believe, was not possible. This is the best way.

Exactly - we just thought we'd put a bit more effort in by providing a generic branding too. :)

Also I would like to point out that one of the blue tanks has no branding on it deliberately. I have seen photos of the tanks in RailExpress that are a mixed rake of grey/blue (Black/Blue in the sim). Most had the VTG branding but some blue ones didn't. This is prototypical and deliberate.

All weathering was done from photos of the exact liveries. (eg The EWS ones have the drips on them and some have centre dribbles rather than end dribbles etc...)

Not complaining here of course, I'm just curious to know why the price was lowered at the last minute? Once again, I'd be mad to complain about this, just curious :D

The decision to lower the price happened a few weeks ago, I just forgot to change it on the Oovee site, was too busy making all of the other changes. :)

A further piece of information on the missing rear tail-light.
The light will only appear when the consist faces one direction, turn it round and it becomes unavailable.
This occurs in any route. It also applies to all consists requiring a rear tail-light. They must all face the same direction for them to show.

Yes I believe when using the 'flip-consist' button it will activate the RW headlight bug. However if you directly place them on the tracks the tanks can be in any order apart from the rear tank which must be placed 'ladder' end out.

Thankyou to Oovee and all the contributers for these fine models. Although, I don't wish to be converted to modern traction however so wonder if you may consider, when your time allows, making some vintage rolling stock...50's, 60's era? Regarding the taillight......is it possible to have AI consists utilising them? Many thanks

Have had issues with the scenarios.

Free roam (rear tank on each wrong way round but not my issue) - when assembling consist and passing a signal in siding (SPAD but with permission) to get clear of siding to shunt back into next one - game freezes and needs task manager to shut.

Same thing happens in Didcot to Reading when passing a green signal into start of Reading goods yards - repeatable. Anyone else had this?

This spreadsheet lists all the liveries carried by this style of TEA
http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key= ... utput=html
As far as I'm aware this is fully accurate - at least I haven't had any comments about any errors. I certainly spent plenty of time pouring over pictures of TEAs putting it together!
They are grouped by which flows they work in the case of the blue and grey tanks. The CAIB 88xxx are the plain blue ones, which run with the VTG branded blue, and (I think) grey on the Humber circuits. Freightliner only have 6 tanks, and although currently out of use, they did run with the blue and greys on the Humber runs, notably 6E54 Humber-Kingsbury, hauled by a 66/6, though it has now returned to DBS haulage, hence the wagons falling out of use

The EWS livery tanks are seen mixed with VTG grey on the Westerleigh runs

Another type of TEA, or even better a TDA, would be a perfect companion for these tanks
I hope this is useful to someone
cheers
