Toddington & a train for free roam

Could anyone please let me know how to setup a train in Free Roam in RW please..
There are no routes and / or trains included in the route.
To be honest the programmer sent me a PM and explained in 1 sentence how to
add a free Roam train, I copied the PM then deleted it and, of course, naturally I have lost that text.
All I want is a Class 37 that is installed and a few coaches.
I dont want any limits or anything like that, just a train that I can take up and down the route.
Another thing I cant resolve, how can I remove that huge orange coloured thing that looks like a diesel train from the front view,
the thing covers a lot of the screen.
Then this time I'll take my time reading the booklet that came with RW.
I did install a Class37 and 1 carriage but I ended up with about 20 drivers standing on the track and nothing worked.
In real life its a lovely journey. About 3 or 4 years or so ago when I was staying in Broadway my wife & I paid another visit to the railway
and I got a huge surprise when I spotted the City of Truro at the head of a train ready to leave Toddongton. I got a few frames
on my camcorder but that was all because we could not get that train that day, it was to leave shortly to go somewhere else run an express to London.
