Enable async keys.

I seem to remember a topic about speeding up the progress of the loco you are driving by using "enable async keys"
I have got the loco to go faster (time wise ) but cannot slow it down again. How is this done?

Shift +Cntrl 1 thro 5
1 is normal speed
