My Impression of Challenger DLC

Just purchased the Challenger DLC and ran the San Bernardino excursion scenario. Here's my take on it:
1) Overall the Challenger Model looks good but it is way too clean looking
2) The sounds are okay ...if you don't know what the real thing is suppose to sound like.
3) I get a big frame rate hit at times. I start getting an almost slide show quality display on a slightly overclocked Intel Quad Q6600 and a GeForce 8800 GT video card. I've never had frame rate problems with RS or RW before. It almost seems that the problem is related to sound. (Can overtaxing the sound capabilities of the sound card slow down the frame rate?)
4) The San Bernardino scenario ends with a head on crash with a freight locomotive. I don't know if I did something wrong (I wasn't paying attention to signals at the time) or if the scenario creator messed up.
5) The box cars and Consolidation are lower quality models. I'm okay with the Consolidation but the box cars really detract from "immersion" ...which is what it is all about. I don't plan to use them at all.
Overall I'm glad I bought it...just not "blown away" like I thought I'd be. It's probably worth the price if improvements are made and offered for free. Otherwise, I think it's a little overpriced for what I got.
Not complaining...just giving a review.
