Has RW3 changed scenario timings?

Recently ran a couple of my old scenarios on Padd - Reading that I have not run for a while using the 101DMU. Seems to me that they now take around 5 mins longer than they did since the AI trains I set up are no longer coordinating with the driven train. Also on occasions the scheduled and expected times of arrival don't seem to sync up with the schedule in scenario editor
Anyone else noticed this and is it a bug or has the loco performance changed in the upgrade?

I have noticed that the AI don't always stick to the timetabled instructions I have given them. In one of the scenarios I am working on, the AI behaved slightly differently, even though I hadn't edited them in any way. It was kind of cool that all my Up AI were running about 2 minutes late on one run, then only 1 1/2 minutes the next time.

Yes - in some ways it would be nice if the AI did have some randomness. what I had found was that it seemed like the AI was right but my train was wrong

Have no checked this and there is a difference at least on my system
Set up a link to a previuos backup of RW2 and loaded the latest route folders from RW3 to RW2
Checked scenario timing in RW2 - 42 minutes
Checked scenario timing in RW3 - 54 minutes

Also and interesting RW2 editor found some conflicts that RW3 did not

Hmmmm............
