My name is Timm and I'm part of the Trains-and-Drivers team.

What is Trains-and-Drivers and what's our goal?
- Train-and-Drivers is the label under which we started to publish our own scenario packs for Railworks/TS2012.
- We are real railway enthusiasts and railroad simulation fans since the days of MSTS.
- Always on the hunt for a new Route to drive on, new Rollingstock to assemble and new Scenarios to play, that´s our passion!
- We thaught that there was a lack in scenarios that make use of all the great dlc stuff.

Now we want to fill this shortage of good scenarios, so that you can make best use of your payware and freeware rolling-stock and routes.

The first Volume of our North East Corridor Series brings you 8 scenarios, most of them prototypical and timetabled (even includes NJT and Septa services!). Drive a morning Regional service to Philadelphia, bring an evening Regional train from Philadelphia via Newark to New York PennCentral Station, stick to a close timetable when performing a NJT local passenger run from Hamilton to New York, or expererience the NEC in the night hours and early mornings while driving freight trains for Norfolk Southern.

1960s on the Port Road

This Pack features 8 Scenarios for the Port Road! Our first Scenario Pack is based in the early 1960s on the scenic „Castle Douglas and DumfriesRailway“ ( a part of the former „Portpatrick and Wigtownshire Joint Railway“, or better known as the Port Route). In our Scenarios this section of the route is populated with Black 5 and Stanier 8F steam engines, but the upcoming diesel units are present as well. Passenger services with the Class 111 DMU are a common sight and there are some Class 37 units doing their jobs on the Port Route. The Castle Douglas and Dumfries Railway and majority of the remaining Portpatrick Railway was closed by the Beeching Axe in 1965.

Hello everyone!

Trains and Drivers Volume 3 - Bay of Quinte in the 1980s is now available!
Trains and Drivers Volume 4 will be availble November 14th!

Man I love the Bay of Quinte route! So glad to have some scenarios to use on the most realistic route for RW. One problem... in the first scenario I just can't get past the first objective which is to couple to the wagons in yard 3. When I back into them and couple up, nothing changes and the list states it still needs to be done. Any ideas?

This issue has been reported to us, we are working on a fix. The probelm seems to be the engine number, Railworks somtimes seems to use the number that is shown on the loco, and sometimes it uses the number that is given in the name of the train (Local 7889) for example, so you cannot proceed. We had this issue on the beta testings, it seemed to be resolved, but now it comes back again
