Dalbeattie Freight Run Scenario Update

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to say thanks to all the members that downloaded my "Dalbeattie Freight Run "Scenario for the vanilla Port Road.

There seems to be an issue with a RED signal that couldn´t be passed, so the problem is solved, Version 1.1 is ready to be released in the file library! :D
