It's not a problem I've seen before - although sometimes the doors have been closed too early (ie. not waiting for the departure time) which is, IRL, even worse.

Or maybe something got stuck in one of the doors. Yesterday I got on a train which then proceed to not move for 3 minutes, because the miniature bridge for wheelchair access (level boarding, but mind the gap) had stuck in the deployed position. I assume the driver eventually found a tripped circuit breaker, as it abruptly retracted itself and we got underway very rapidly after that. But we were consistently 3 minutes late at every subsequent stop - Helsinki commuter trains are very tightly timetabled, so there is no recovery time.
The key to knowledge is not to rely on others to teach you it.
