speed restriciton

Is it possible to include a speed restriction for a short part of track in a RW scenario?
If you won't change a route: NO.
If you are able to understand german there is a simple way: http://www.rail-sim.de/railsimnew/index ... ignale-v21
After installation you will find a small manual under manuals/DE
Simple signs for scenarios not connected to the track, additional scenery markers with textmessages.
