Not sure if this is the right place to mention it, but,
I am creating a little test scenario for my Pocket Wagons, and twice now I have had it fail due to "consist tilt". Now thing is the second time was coming out of a holding loop so I was only going 15mph - any reason why it should do this?

The usual suspect is the collision boxes hitting/overlapping, especially on a curve.
Try, as an experiment ,reducing the collision box to zero width/length/height. If it works, then you've found your culprit

Ok that seems to just make a instant derailment - my class 70 rolls back into the wagons, and the camera does its normal pan whilst my wagons seemingly bob about in Carstairs ocean...

OK decreased the collision box slightly and seems to have fixed that problem - thanks
