A new project!

Hi all,

I've been working on the 225 set for close to a year now, I know it's not there yet but due to a bad system I'm running quite slow. I'm currently dealing with some model issues with the mk4 coaches so I thought I'd keep things going by doing something small on the side. Now I'm of no experience with the uk rail system so I have no preference as to what to do, so I thought I'd ask everyone here and decide based on your preferences.

So here is what guidelines are needed for a request:

1. I'ts going to be SMALL, so any type of rolling stock that isn't powered (wagon or coach etc.)
2. Keep it in the UK or Ireland
3. I'm not great on finding diagrams so if you can find info on it let me know

The most popular request will be taken on however if I can't get the technical info there's no guarantee I can complete it to a good standard.

Look forward to hearing from everyone :D

Kev

Hi Kev

A small hopper wagon is something we don't have on the scene and would be handy and cover a wide era. I've nothing specific in mind but can dig out some info.

Thanks for the kind offer

Ben

How about an NIR 70 Class DEMU? I know it's powered but I have diagrams and willing to help?

James.

How about a non-driveable "dummy" Mk2 DBSO to stick on the back of Scotrail / Intercity / Anglia / ONE / Network Rail / NIR trains? Something you could potentially upgrade to being driveable at a later date, when the technology for DVTs becomes available :D

Surely someone must have a diagram to hand?

That would be really nice. I know that http://www.pdhdrawings.co.uk/ list a drawing for it.

Good ideas guys, I was thinking of doing a mk2 dbso beforehand. It might just be the thing, if I can get some freely available diagrams of it I could do it without the cab at first and then maybe upgrade it later with one and possibly a potential dvt behavior script that I'm working on for the mk4 dvt at the moment.

Keep 'em coming :D
