The 15? that'd make a fantastically popular payware item ( yes I know ).

There's a lot more on the locomotive if you pretend it's a Genesis or Evo series or whatever it's based on instead of a UK 70. Personally I think it's based on a 58 someone rammed into the back of a Daf truck, but whatever.

What about a 185?

I don't know that complexity = payware. David Brindley's locos are just one example that contain a lot of features not incorporated into payware projects.

Unless you mean you'd have to pay somebody to model a locomotive that ugly!

I would like to see Class 73. mainly as it due power and can be used on mostly lots of the lines on railworks.

Class 27 is already available. For a 73, see the thread under this one...

The 15 would be a nice addition to the fleet as would the 73 (the latter is high on my list - once I'm assured it can be simulated properly, I'll most likely build it myself if no-one else has). The 59 is already on my production list and have already made some headway on the bogies but got sidetracked by signals before I could get too far into it.

Personally (off topic I know) I feel we're missing a great deal of OHLE Multiple Units but, on the DMU side, I would like to see Classes 124 and 150 as well as the HST Prototype and the Blue Pullman

IIRC, JT announced a while back that they were intending to do a 150. A 124 would be great, though I wouldn't fancy modelling the original wrap-round windscreen

HS4000 has already been spotted on the Creative Rail website

JT did announce the 150 but as they've not provided any further updates on this nor does it appear to be listed anywhere in the "In Development" section of their site - I would hazard a guess that this has fallen by the wayside along with the tilting Voyager update that was promised well over a year ago. I have some fairly detailed plans of the 150, so I may do it myself.

The 124 windscreen, in 3D modelling terms, would be fairly straightforward and no more complicated than creating the body IMO. Quite often the hard bits tend to be the underframe detail and the bogies

Yeah I saw the HS4000 but not sure whether it's a port from another sim or not - from the screenshots it may just be - so let's hope there's more to it than just what's on the outside of the tin

We desperately need a DMU with the Pressed Steel cab, i.e. Cl.115/6/7/8. The Cl.101 is excellent but it's uniqueness means it fails to represent the majority of the DMU fleet.

(I'd also like a Cl.87 for WCML(N), although I appreciate this is an electric loco!!!)

Well my personal faves would be either the 28 (for my Oban Line) or the 70 as you cant really go to a great spotting location nowadays and not spot one lol

The units you refer to were designed at Derby. Pressed Steel built the 117s, BRCW the 118s & the other 2 were built at Derby. I can understand why the Met-Cam was picked, as they were the largest class to a single design & saw widespread use. Other than the designs already mentioned, the default Newcastle-York route alone could easily use Classes 104,105,108,110,114 & 120.

After all they were the first main-line diesels to be used in Great Britain, even dating back to the LMS days (1947 to 1963 & 1948 to1966), I used to drive them a lot on David Corfield's excellent Thames Mersey MSTS Route.

You're quite right, and I should have known that! I was meaning something with the front end you could associate with anything 107/108/114/115/116/117/118/119 (they all look fairly similar with the three tall windows, lets be honest), and a high-density door/window layout. Would look great on any Western or Midland region routes, and you could even get away with a Cl.116 on the Edinburgh-Glasgow route )

I think Derek wanted to do a 117 ( so that's all the other suburban ones covered as they're just built elsewhere ). Tankski is building an 87, although I think he's fed up with it atm.
