I recall finding this site in someone's signature on this forum, though it'd be worth posting here as we are on the topic of diagrams.

There is a rather fascinating pdf of a 1960s LMR headcode guide on that site too I notice; could be very useful to scenario creators; thank you for the link Alan

It's the wagon diagrams that have caught my attention - lists the max speed for each type. Really handy for scenario creation - My WTT & Sectional appendices already give me the headcode detail I need

Thanks for the thanks everyone - I found it because I subscribe to the Raildate weekly email from here http://www.hpmrs.ibmhursleyclub.org.uk/ , which always has useful nuggets.

As for young, today was my 67th birthday - depends on how you think about age, I suppose.

Thanks to everyone who wished me Happy Birthday.

Back on topic, now I've downloaded all the pdf files from the site, I've realised that this material is even more of a goldmine than I first thought - I hope these diagrams inspire some of you modellers.

It has indeed got me intrigued, and may get me to start on a Loco at some point to go with the DVT...

Thanks for the point out of this though, it is an absolute gold mine!

P.S: Happy birthday!
