How does one populate a newly laid stretch of road with moving vehicles?

Pick one of the road types with "Hvy" or "Lgt" or "Med" on the end - self explanatory, Hvy = Heavy flow of vehicles, Lgt = Light flow, Med = Medium Flow.

Thanks for that. As you say, self explanatory - if you you knew what the suffixes were referring to at the outset.
