I feel that the midlands is quite a deprived area on railworks 2, after all we have so fantastic lines which could be built, I even can't decide what to build next, does anyone have any suggestions and I will ATTEMPT to build it

Depends on you really. North Midlands, West Midlands? Anywhere Midlands? For example I could build the Snow Hill lines, and then you'd complain that you couldn't run Cross-City services on it (for example). Build what you want, for the things you want to run.

Totally agree mate. It just seems that the midlands has been completely by the people who create the payware, we have a western route(Paddington to Oxford and Bristol to Exeter), a north western and Scotland(WCML north), Two east coast routes(Newcastle to York and donny works), two southern (S&DJR and the portsmouth one in production), some other Scottish ones but still no midlands!

They seem to have singled us out on stock which runs on the midland lines, we only have a 170. The pendo was probably just something they wanted to make and then the WCML north was made.

People obviously are trying with the Midlands but RSC aren't really giving us any stock to work with, yes people can make it but most people aren't professionals unlike them

I wouldn't complain, it's still the Midlands!

RSC build the rolling stock as part of their job and most likely have done a course in 3D modelling or atleast some training

Not at all, but you do know how long it takes to produce a route don't you?

Thing is, I quite fancy doing a Midlands route but set in the BR blue era. Then I will be shouted at for not doing it more modern.

Do it mate, my favourite Era then I could easily modernise it

I'll put it on the ever growing list.

Haha I will try to something based around coventry, if only I knew what stopped there, not sure where to take it to

I agree the West Mids is an interesting area especialy between Soho, Wolverhampton and Walsall.

It is probably the hardest in the UK after London

On another note, Does Wales & Borders not count as a bit Midland? It does have Birmingham New St, after all.

It does but it's not like RSC have created stock to represent this area e.g. Class 175 is missing and so is the Class 153, luckily JT is on hand and are producing a 153
