The class 302 was from overmarze whom you share a the photo with on your signature. He has not been on here for a while, not sure why and sadly I very doubt the 302 will ever appear as a download on here. Shame as it is a lovely looking unit.

Thanks matt for the feedback, did you say a while back you lived Maryland way in London? I am just finishing up on the section between Stratford and Ilford.

Also as a little break I have completed all of the central line bits around Stratford where the tube comes out of the ground before going back in.

I live in Leytonstone so Stratford, Maryland and Forestry Gate are all an easy walking away.

Will look forward to hearing what you think as you live close by and everyone else. I really want to finish it but keep finding new things to add. Just installed Niall quins excellent asset pack and put life rings along Southend pier and bicycle racks in some of the stations.

The route mileage has just been extended 6 miles with a small but cool chunk of the London underground central line between Liverpool st and Stratford. Will be a little distraction from the main line running.

Final route mileage should be about 100 miles. 30 to go

Hello, all still going ok and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I got a bit carried away and have added the Marks Tey to Sudbury branch line so that extra 12 miles added a lot of work.

Hopefully will have some more news soon and images

That's great news. The original route is still one of my favourite ones, so I really look forward to seeing the next instalment

Jim, so looking forward to this update to Crouch Valley. I used to live in South Woodham Ferrers late 80's, early 90's and spent many hours on this line going into town. Moved over to Canada in 2007 but spend a lot of time on your current route within Railworks. The Great Eastern route on msts, although good considering the platform, just doesn't cut the mustard with me so to hear that you are doing the route from Liverpool Street to Southend is just brilliant. It's a shame nobody has done the Fenchurch St. C2C line but I suppose that is very limited as far as traction is concerned, even though you could run the district line alongside up until Upminster.

Looking forward to your progress updates and eventual release, take your time it looks great.

Went to Canada last year, beautiful country, bit nicer then Basildon

I did think about doing the c2c but, as you say, its quite limited on traction and is a bit more of a up and down line.

I felt the Great Eastern was more suitable with the express trains, commuter services etc.

Will keep you updated. The end is now in sight, although can't decide whether to extend to Ipswich or not. I'll think about that when I have finished Liverpool St.

I think you should continue the route to Colchester because you may know that gypbrc is building the geml and east anglia and he is stopping at Colchester perhaps you can try and merge routes?
