After having seen many real life "heads out" videos on Youtube, I decided to do one of my own, initially purely for my own entertainment but I have decided to edit and upload.

Re: "Heads Out"
And for the Steam fans I thought I'd re-post this for those who may have missed it.
Here is a video posted last year by Mark Howarth of his superb RI Lines Route (RS), this is a Route I 'run' over and over again and never get tired of. Also, listen to the superb Loco sounds, Mark captured them on the SVR and ELR with a simple video recorder (No hi-tech recording gear here
) and used them to replace the Default RS sounds. I do wish RSC would review their sounds for Steam Loco's and Wagons to something sounding more realistic.

or if you like to download the RS version, it's here:
Finally, many, many thanks to Mark for sharing his efforts with us.

If you want to see another video of Mark's brilliant Route have a look at this Thread:markjudith wrote:Here you go,
A short trip behind a Black Five from Colloway to Mont Green, a train from Saulthouse has arrived in the opposite platform, the loco is about to run round while the station pilot propels a parcels coach from the rear of the train to the parcels depot.
