I'm sure I'm not alone in the route building world to hold my hand up to getting it wrong when it comes to housing estates.
Most of my estates end up laid out in blocks with rows of houses whereas the newer estates snake around just like you've done.

For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it
