Now, that is basically saying that any "Other" versions are not to be distributed because it'll cause problems for official support of the product i.e whatever you do with the product on your own computer is up to you and if it goes wrong then tough! However the disallowing of repainting is a way to stop people redistributing repaints.Repaint policy

Yes Andy, I know full well what Oovee say about it and yes, absolutely fine for personal use. However, this scenario required the repaint, therefore its available out there to download. There is a similar proviso with some 'Trainz' payware whereby you can do what you want reskin wise for personal use but distribution of work is disallowed.
