You're welcome, I have just started it, but it looks great. Plenty of action, that's for sure.

That's true, I will make even more action in my next scenario. Rush hour and some trackworkers fixing tracks, will mess up the traffic ;)

Funny, of all routes to get 100% on both of these for the first time.

Got to say it's a fantastic route. All the scenarios i've been able to keep to time exactly and sometimes early. Such fun to drive, even though been caught out by TPWS a number of times approaching red's to fast.

Chris
Rising Storm -Name is in the credits :D - To Do scenario, where you go along at 50mph in a Pendo? Who would play it?
Anyone want to help in Play Testing future Rising Storm/ Ro2 Maps? If so please PM me.

Same, I really enjoy driving it, and despite `some' claims I've never ran into odd red lights, never changing signals, odd AI. The route always works as it should 100% of the time.

Bill, This just seems like a pretty pointless attack on Otto. As I say above, he has not complained about the route or the developers, and yes, he seems to be acknowledging that his tinkering has "bust" the route (he admits it) and he has d/l'd to start all over again.

The man is an easy target and isn't here to defend himself against comments that have been attributed to him, but which would appear to be unjustified.

The point is he has not, as far as I can see, spent any time complaining about GARL or Totalize.

This is a great route - thoroughly enjoying it - even had a go at smashing it up myself by making some pretty bad welds on the blocked flangeways - thank heavens for multiple undo's :). It may be short but it has plenty of atmosphere.

I know (or knew) the run into Glasgow Central really well. My father was Station Master ( and Harbour Master!) at Wemyss Bay station back in the late 1950's. Glasgow was the big town where we would go for Christmas or birthday shopping. Always got a buzz of excitement coming over the Broomielaw in the last approach to the station. I remember there used to be a model shop close by - Clyde Model Dockyard - under Central Station Bridge - still got some of the models my dad bought me there in the 50's :).

Yeah. I'm done there pretty much anyway. Just can't do it anymore. I'll done with that topic. Sorry.

Anyway. Back to driving!

I remember the shop well. It was originally in the Argyll Arcade, an L-shaped Arcade which ran from Buchanan St to Argyll St., and did relocate to under Central Station bridge sometime in the 60s I think. The shop was right at the bend of the 'L' in the Arcade so could be seen as you entered from either end.
A fabulous shop. I think Ernest Jones Jewellers occupies that site now but I can never walk through the Arcade without remembering the joys of the Clyde Model Dockyard.

Have a look here http://www.eastbank.btinternet.co.uk/shops.htm

Have to ask, is Paisley St James active for scenarios? I noticed the station is there in screenshots, but in the map on the Totalise website, it's not listed.

Many thanks,

Niall
