something bad has happend.

hey

i now keep getting this message "something bad has happened. Would you like to save diagnostic file?" i then click on yes then RW crashes it also crashes when i click no.

any idea how to fix this?

At what piont is it happening whitch scenario are you trying to use? :-?

its not in a scenario but it happens onevery route when i go to click the "scenario" button it comes up but it loads up through free roam option but nothing loads or shows up only track and trains :S#

Sounds like you need to "Verify integraty of game cashe" it seems there maybe a whole load of files missing, this will put them all back and get you up and running again.

Please explain it a bit more detailed when SBHH comes up. Already in the main menu, on a specific scenario/route or (that's what I understood now) when you go from a free-roam scenario into the editor?
Nevertheless the two basic troubleshooting steps are worth a try:
- delete the blueprint cache (in the launcher in the "tools&docs" tab)
- and as wolly says: "verify integrity of game cache" inside Steam. Right click on Railworks, select properties, goto "local files" and there you'll find the button. Will take a few minutes depending on how big your installation is.
