Tunnel decals

I am trying to see if its possible to make a round tunnel decal so it would be easer to put in turntables. is there any way to go about doing this?

I usually lower the ground near the turntable, I haven't tried a decal for it though.

Yep, just lower the terrain around the turntable.

I've recently discovered how to make the tool smaller so it is less clumsy for purposes such as this, in the bottom left flyout, just change the top number from 100 to something smaller.
