Hi Guys.
I know that I am not "quite" a newbie, but never needed to do this before.
HOW do i post a screenshot? Having trouble setting the weather pattern in a scenario I am making, and it needs a screenshot to show you.

Get yourself a Photobucket a/c and simply upload to there. Then, to display your picture here, select the picture, and then select the IMG tags that you will see.

Well here goes, first my specs:



And here's the problem:
This is meant to be 03:30 on a winters night, in heavy snow. ... So, where's the snow? The trees still have their foliage, the grass is green, and the sky is bright! (feel like putting my t-shirt on!) Is this problem purely because I'm running a 64-bit system?

Have you set the weather pattern to Winter?

Have a look here:

Change the Summer (shown at bottom of table) to Winter.

And after making the change in the Scenario Properties table to Winter, were they saved? Does it say Winter as the Season when you press 'F1' when you've started the Scenario?

I ask because there is a technique in making Saves to the Scenario Properties table and if it is not done correctly the 'F2' save does not register and the Season will not change.

This is the F1 shot.


And this is an example from the York-Newcastle Route (coals to Newcastle). As far as I remember it used to be snowy.
It starts loading as a snowy scene and then darkens.

Just as an added note Tony, "Printscreen" copies your whole screen, whilst "Alt + Printscreen" copies just the active window.

Now that is strange, seems like you've no winter scenery textures.

Have tried using Steam to 'Veryify' your Railworks files?

Cheers Rob, next port of call is Steam.
Though now you come to mention it, the problem only seems to have arisen after I DID verify the files.
Anyway will try that again.

Have "verified files" via Steam, re-run the "coals to Newcastle" scenario, and the resulsts are exactly the same as before

Sorry to hear that Tony, I'm afraid I'm out of ideas for the moment (never seen this before), perhaps someone more knowledgeable will 'step in' and help you get sorted out.

Looks like it will have to be a (hhhhhmmmmmm wonder what happens IF) job.
