Is there anyway to save a game on railworks

You know how your half way through a scenarieo or going down a route on free roam and then you have to go out.
Is there any way to save where you are then start off later or do you have to start from the beginning all over again.
I know with msts you can save your progress

F2 is your friend (or enemy) as the case maybe. But in some cases it has been seen that the restart, when you come back, can have strange efects, and wasn't quite what you had when you saved.

Yes you can save a game I press F2 then railworks crashes when you reload you can continue but have no controll of the train press the throttle nothing happens

This isn't always the case though, and I've never seen it.

I've never come across a problem with the game save feature. If you are running in windowed mode you could try clicking with the mouse in side the game window and see if that enables the controls, but I don't need to do that. Every game I've saved has reloaded hassle free.

When I save in windows vista is starts to save then crashes you can load up a save but the trains act funny but when I loaded up my driving the class 10 on the somerset and dorset it was ok must of been a one off but the game dose save
