Sorry ,I should not have used expletives (however masked).
But as for general attitude? Does that mean that no criticism (in whatever form) of RS.com is allowed?
I was trying ,in my way , to stand up for the community, who you have to admit have been left hanging.
I like many others have paid good money for a product that is not performing to stated standard.
I am sorry you did not think my post was fit for general viewing, you could have simply moderated the expletives.
But as for general attitude, I was merely stating that someone should stand up and complain (as we have a perfect right to) I did.
Do you not think that you are being OVER cautious?
Tony.

Re: Apologies
What part of PM a moderator don't you understand ?
Since you want to continue this in a public forum I will indulge you with a public reply that I am composing now. When that is done that is the end of it. Section 7 of the code of conduct is quite clear. The reply you get will be the same as you would have got by PM.
In your post you have not identified one specific issue just a collection of thoughts with no real evidence to back them up. That does not help advance the situation at all.
If you have a specific problem then you could post a thread explaining what you have done, what the program then did and why you think this is wrong - that is constructive and welcomed. Simply ranting is not helpful.

Well I am sure the members who have uploaded routes on this site and others would disagree with you there. Is it "easy" - well no. I had a dabble and concluded I didn't have the time or energy to do it. Some other more talented people have turned out some very nice routes and models.tonic110 wrote:It says on the box "The World Editor enables users to easily create new Routes or modify existing ones"

SORRY lads , but you can`t.
This "Programme was not bought as a "Game" it was bought as a SIMULATOR that you could expand ,Develop and share. At the moment it does not do what it says on the tin (read box), and as such is not fit for purpose.
RS.com staff also read their own support email system. If you want to "let of steam" then there are plenty of other places on the internet that don't care about language etc.tonic110 wrote:This was posted here because i know that members of RS.com staff read these forums, ALSO to"LET OFF" steam.
Hell yes - it is easy to sit back and complain. Doesn't change anything though. Semi-coherent rants are unlikely to hold much sway with RS.com. In case you hadn't noticed in your short time here the RS and RW forums are full of complaints and some have been addressed in the patches issued so far. Others have not.tonic110 wrote:Everyone seems to be sat here saying "Oh dear another problem, never mind, it will be fixed" and waiting for RS.com to pull the Rabbit out of the Hat. Where`s your "Fire " boys? We Brits are supposed to be famous for complaining!
YOU the community are the BACKBONE of the sim, you make it what it is, and , hopefully, you will turn it into what it COULD become (RS.com willing)
