Hi,

I'm new on here but my son is a regular downloader from the "free" server.

I've been trying to sign him up for a month's premium membership to try out the new server but I don't seem to be getting transferred to WorldPay to make any payment. I don't use WorldPay very often but I believe I should get something come up asking for my username/password to authorise payment. I made him wait until the server upgrade was completed but it seems that the payment part is not working yet!

Could someone please confirm if this is the case or if I'm just doing something wrong!

TIA

Hi Matt.

I can't seem to download anything.

After pressing the button it eventually gives me, an 'internet explorer cannot display the webpage'

everything else is really fast.......

Can't download anything - after an agonising wait throws me out of UKTS.

I'm getting 2kb/s with non-premium. Is that about right?

Yes at this time. Matt is going to reconfigure it back to where it was before - 5 slots and a total allocation of 25kb/s between the lot of them (see about 3 pages back).

I can't download any files due to it saying at around 6% completion "source file could not be read".

There are also problems being looked at with the download server and a couple of other things.
