One of these days, one of us will find the down elevator....then there'll be a mass breakout!

As they are both finding out, it's not really corridors of power, it's the beginning of a dark look in to the inner workings of the forum and what *really* goes on behind the scenes heheh
Thanks to king125 (terry) and codrivermike (mike) for rolling up their sleeves and giving us a hand, with real life commitments abound it's great for the job of moderation to be spread a little more thinly around and keep things running smoothly.
Regards
Matt.

Best of British luck - see if you can join myself, Mr Dibben and Mr Martin as former miscreants... I mean moderators and still regular contributors to the board
It's not an easy job but at least it's quietened down a bit since our day!

Indeed, best of luck
Been discussing privately with a couple of people recently who thought them the bad old days but overall, I reckon they were the good old days as we had plenty to fight about. Blood, guts and teeth everywhere and it was like being in the Sweeney. No time for rules .... only a swift boot and no discussion
Never wanted anyone banned for life though.
Seriously, it was war but we had something to fight over. Now it's frustration at little happening and bad spelling.
It's a bit sad really.

And if the thought of being similar to John does not scare you off, god help you (and us).
