Ive had an account for several weeks now to access download sections, and i upgraded it to a paying account so that it would be unrestricted, but recently i have been totally unable to login at all. All i get back is that the login failed.
I have checked the username and password, and also requested a reminder to double check. Ive tried at different times of the day, and ive also tried the ctrl+F5. But all to no avail.
This lead me to believe that maybe my account had expired and so i tried to reregister, but on doing so i found that most of my info could not be used because it was still on the system and thus arleady taken.
All highly confusing. Is there anything else i can try? or is there something going on behind the scenes that may be casuing this?
Cheers for any help

Are you retyping the password fully each time and making sure you dont have caps lock on?
If you are relying on IE to keep your password - don't, when things go wrong 99% of the time it's because it's messed up the password.
I've quite clearly seen it when I hit tab through the password, it puts the password there, i tab again over to the login button and press space - and just as the page changes you can clearly see another sodding character appear on the password (ie. the space bar went to the input box and the button rather than just the button) - it says "do you want me to remember this?" as its a different pw, you say "for crying out loud, you have done this fine for weeks, yes, remember it" and boom, you're buggered now until you try typing in the password again.
If this doesn't help - drop me a note and i'll reset the password and try it from here.
Atomic accounts never expire, we never disable accounts - when premium access expires the account is still just as usable as it was prior to going premium - ie. only downloads and album will be affected, logging in itself won't be.
Matt.
