Hi Matt

I dont seem to be able to download anything at the moment.

it just seems to sit there trying...

apart from that the move seems to have gone off well.

And being in computers i know that doesnt always happen...!!!

Same here. Site access is OK but downloads won't start.

Same thing here so i've restarted the download server and downloads appear to be working fine now.

I just got a strange one...clicked on download to be told you already have one running...wait 2 mins......but I hadn't.

call me a numpty if you will but i dont seem to understand how to download. As i cant see a download screen or if there is one its not ovious.

The download depot is very complicated and not user friendly
can anybody give me some advise please?

What do you want to download?

It's not really complicated - perhaps just that there's a lot of files.

From front page, select download library - you have to be logged in of course. Choose from either the 'file type' section - perhaps if you're looking for a route or activities. Or select from the companies section for items grouped that way. Find what you want - click on the selection - check the 'information' and click download. If you're not premium member you'll have to queue. Some times are very busy......
