Sorry to have to use a brodcast method, but I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to contact Matt.

I have sent an e-mail, and a P.M. but with no result.

I am trying to contact him on behalf of a premium user who has been locked out completely for several days, and can get no response via e-mail either.

Perhaps there is something wrong with Matt's e-mail connection?

Please can someone assist. Reply via e-mail or P.M.

Well, Matt does get 1000+ SPAM messages a day, so it's likely the e-mails got lost in there.
