Thanks for your support guys, but myself and Simon are sorting things out between us privately, and we'd appreciate this post being left now. I have nothing against Simon, I don't think he has anything against me , but inflaming the situation with posts supporting one or the other of us doesnt really help in the slightest .

After Allypallys earlier post about chatting on MSN i contacted him to explain my views and to clear a few facts up,we both realised that we were after the same ideals, ie a smooth running forum with the minimum of Moderator involvement. This was done well before the Nodding dogs of this forum replied and don't forget we need critisim to improve, if we all kept saying "yes" then we would never know if we were doing something poorly or badly.
I expect and recieve critism about my route and models all the time, hence the reason I post pictures so as to get feedback on where I've got things right or where I need to improve, I also get critism at work when I get assessed at shunting and my manager will tell me on areas I can improve.
