My premium membership fizzled out recently and I didn't notice - until the banners appeared. Urgh! I didn't get a renewal reminder email though - I thought it was supposed to auto-email a week or so before expiration?

The email account is working fine, and I checked the email logs and nothing was deleted as Spam accidentally.

It's not a huge problem; TBH, it's not really a problem at all, but just one of those things that are 'nice'.

Yeah it was only after it had run through the expiry procedure I realised that with my ISP situation changed, my IP address was different and therefore the email server was just rejecting all the emails A one off anomoly, won't happen again
