Keighley - commercial CD's come via the ware house at contact sales (the publisher) so they will come in a separate package. The LBE Add Pack is proving quite scarce so they keep running out of stock and it takes a little while to get stocks in again - keep me updated with progress though, but don't be too surprised if this one does take a little longer than you would expect.
